PrintStandard Form 26, Award/Contract
This is the form used by the federal government to award a contract, usually as a result of a Request for Quotation. Both parties sign, but it requires references to the basic solicitation and/or other documents. In general, this form is similar to Form 33, although it requires additional certification information.
